Day off for periods 😊

Every woman deserves a day for herself during her periods. What she chooses to do with it should be her choice. Some go through hell during these five or six days and a lucky few breeze through. Some experience tremendous cramps similar to contractions during labor while some experience heavy flow like lava erupting from an active volcano. For some others it is depression and they tend to feel very low and irritable. Not one of the best days of their lives. No matter if she is in pain or not, I think a woman deserves a day off for just going through with it.
